Inspired by Eames & Kundig, we worked hand in hand with Minho Kim to re-imagine what modern architecture could look like in an apartment setting.

We started by surrounding an ancient oak with floor-to-ceiling casement windows in every unit. Exxir Design then scoured the market for simple, raw & beautiful materials to finish the interior.
