Tucked inside our pink courtyard, the Marrakesh Pool is a hidden oasis inspired by the serene riads of Morocco. Every detail—from the handmade Moroccan tile to the custom Exxir-designed lounges—was crafted to transport you to a resort-level escape.

Our co-working lobby is a thoughtfully designed haven for focus and collaboration, featuring French oak herringbone floors, hand-worked marble details, and a custom-built 1960s-inspired conversation pit. With over 100 unique seating options by Exxir Design and cold brew on tap, it's a workspace that’s as inspiring as it is functional.

Our fitness center, powered by Freemotion and our own Jungle Fitness brand completes the picture. As you workout, you can enjoy the view of the beautifully tiled pool. 

Our smart tech package, powered by Homebase.ai, offers seamless app-based control of all entry points, Honeywell T9 thermostats, and integrated smart lighting—bringing modern convenience and security right to your fingertips.

Two dramatic courtyards, completely covered in handmade Moroccan tile lovingly designed by our Exxir Design studio, serve as the entry. Our “blue” courtyard is stocked with firepits, outdoor kitchens and our nursery, shaded by our two carefully preserved ancient oaks. Our “pink” courtyard has our gorgeous “hidden” pool, a resort-level getaway inspired by the Riads of Marrakesh.  

We are the only ones that offer a fully managed campus with 24 hour security, concierge & facilities management. We have 300+ employees that live & work in the district every day - it is our home & we care about it deeply.
